Tank Management

Proper tank management prevents leaks, stock discrepancies, and ensures quality control.

Real-Time Monitoring

The Tank Details screen provides:

• Product Height (mm): The raw level data from the probe.
• Volume (L): Calculated based on the Calibration Curve.
• Temperature: Critical for adjusting volume to standard conditions (15°C).
• Water Level: Alerts if water ingress is detected at the bottom of the tank.

Calibration (strapping)

To ensure accuracy, tanks must be calibrated.

1. 3D Geometry: Basic setup using tank length, diameter, and efficient head type (Flat, Dished).
2. Strapping Table: For precise corrections, import a CSV containing Height (mm) -> Volume (L) pairs.
3. Volume Interpolation: Nova automatically interpolates between points for smooth reading.

Deliveries

When a tanker truck refills the station, the TankRefillInfo system:

• Detects rapid level rise.
• Records the Start Level and End Level.
• Generates a Delivery Receipt automatically.
