Cloud Synchronization

Nova.SyncService is the bridge between your physical station and the Nexus Cloud dashboard.

Overview

The service operates on a Push/Pull model:

• Push: Sales, Tank Levels, and Alarms are pushed to the cloud immediately as they happen.
• Pull: Price updates and Customer data are pulled from the cloud periodically.

Configuration

The system is designed to be Zero-Touch. The Nova.SyncService automatically establishes a secure connection to the Nexus Cloud upon startup. No manual pairing or token entry is required.

Troubleshooting Status

• Online: Green checkmark. Data is flowing.
• Queueing: Yellow icon. Internet is down; data is being saved locally and will auto-upload when connection is restored.
• Error: Red X. Auth failure. Check your Internet connection.
