Pump Automation
The Pump Module is the heart of the station, utilizing the Nova.PumpCommunicationService to poll dispensing hardware.
Key Concepts
- Forecourt View: A real-time grid showing the status of every nozzle.
- 🟩 Idle: Ready for a new customer.
- 🟨 Calling: Customer lifted the nozzle; waiting for authorization.
- 🟦 Busy/Fueling: Fuel is flowing.
- 🟥 Offline/Error: Communication lost or hardware error.
Supported Protocols
- Gilbarco Two-Wire: The industry standard for many global dispensers.
- S4 Dart: Advanced high-speed protocol for legacy integration.
- Stellar Proprietary: For Stellar's own dispenser line.
Manual Controls
Operators can right-click a pump to:
- Authorize: Manually approve a filling.
- Stop/Emergency Stop: Immediately cut power to the solenoid.
- Preset: Enter a pre-defined Amount (USD/TRY) or Volume (Liters) for the next sale.
